2. Information The Game Stores

The Game does not require an account and does not send gameplay data to us. Game progress and settings, including upgrades, orders, achievements, and offline-earnings data, are stored locally on your device. You can remove this data by using Reset Game Progress in Settings or deleting the Game.

3. Information We Receive

The Game does not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health information, payment information, advertising identifiers, analytics, or crash reports.

If you use the website's Customer Feedback and Support form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. If you use Join the Crew, we receive your email address. We use this information to respond to support requests and send optional Space Snack Empire updates after you confirm your email address.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help identify automated spam. Google may process technical information, such as the IP address and browser or device signals, under its own terms and privacy policy. The forms also use short-lived security tokens to prevent forged or automated submissions.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms and Resend to deliver website feedback and launch-update emails. Our website host may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time, to operate and secure the website. Local Game data remains on your device until you reset or delete it. We retain support messages and crew signup emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide updates, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.
